The service
GOTAG.me lets you find and download photographs taken at events. Searching is free. Photos from most events are free to download; where an event's photos are sold, the price is shown before you buy.
Automated BIB detection is not perfect
BIB numbers are read automatically. Occasionally a number is misread, which means a search may miss a photo of you or return one that is not you. We do not guarantee that every photo of you will be found.
Using the photos
A free download is for your own personal use. Photos remain the property of the photographer or the event owner, and reselling them or using them commercially needs their permission.
Purchases and refunds
A purchased photo is a digital good, delivered as a download as soon as payment clears. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us at [email protected] — where we refund an order, the download access for that order ends.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Photos from an event may be removed at the organiser's request.
